Sourcing packaging from China, with an office in Australia.

We make packaging for brands across Europe, Australia and beyond in our factory in Huai’an, Jiangsu, and our Australia office handles buyer communication, enquiry follow-up and market development. Here is what an Australian or New Zealand buyer asks before a first order — who to talk to, the time difference, the minimums, how long samples and production take, and how delivery is quoted — with the figures we work to.

Custom packaging from China for Australian and New Zealand brands: an Australia office, orders from 500 units, samples in 5–7 working days, clear lead times.

An office in Australia, a factory in Huai’an

Our Australia office handles direct buyer communication, enquiry follow-up and market development. Anthony, who leads overseas distribution, and Renjie, who builds the AI-supported workflows behind quote intake and project briefing, are both based in Australia. Structure, prepress, production, quality control and logistics stay with the factory team in Huai’an, Jiangsu, which makes and ships every order.

The factory runs on China Standard Time (UTC+8): two hours behind Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, three while Sydney and Melbourne are on daylight saving, level with Perth, and four hours behind New Zealand, five during its daylight saving. We reply within one business day.

Meet the team

From specification to your door

A new specification runs through the same steps, at the times our product pages state.

  • Quote: send the dimensions, quantity, finishes, the delivery address in Australia or New Zealand and the date the goods must arrive.
  • Sample: a presentation-quality sample takes 5–7 working days to make and then travels by express courier. A vial kit with the insert cut to your own vials takes 7–10 days. The sample cost is credited against your first approved production order.
  • Colour proof: send Pantone references rather than screenshots; colour is proofed physically before bulk.
  • Production: 15–20 working days after artwork approval, or 25–30 with complex finishing.
  • Inspection: the run is checked against the approved sample — dimensions, colour, registration, finishing, assembly and packing — before the export cartons are sealed.
  • Shipment: production usually travels by sea, on the delivery terms your quote states.

How samples ship and clear customs

Delivery terms, set out on your quote

Samples travel by express courier, and production usually moves by sea. Transit depends on the sailing, the port and whether the cargo fills a container or is consolidated, so we do not promise days on a page: tell us the date the goods must reach you, and the quote is planned back from it.

Your quote names the delivery terms — the Incoterm — and with them what the price covers: freight to the port or to your door, and who clears the goods through Australian or New Zealand customs and pays the duty and GST. We do not publish duty or tax rates. The commercial invoice carries the HS code, and a customs broker can confirm what applies to your goods.

For finished rigid boxes, a full container protects embossed and foil-stamped surfaces better than cargo consolidated with other shippers’ goods, so ask about FCL and LCL when you request the quote.

Minimums, product by product

Orders start at 500 units, and the figure for each product follows the setup it needs — a cutting die, printing plates, foil and embossing dies, makeready sheets — paid once, whichever quantity you order.

Rigid gift boxes with complex finishing typically start at 500–1,000 units. Labels start at 1,000, and a run of 10,000 or more gives the better price per label. The other figures below are the starting points each product page states, not quotes: ask for pricing at two or three quantities to see where your cost breakpoints fall.

Rigid gift boxes, complex finishing — typically 500–1,000 units

Custom labels — from 1,000 units

Standard folding cartons — from 1,000 units

Paper carrier bags, complex finishes — typically 500–1,000 units

Paper tubes — quoted to your spec

What is the minimum order quantity?

Orders start at 500 units.
