What types of packaging do you produce?
Yuan Packaging operates four specialist production lines: gift boxes, labels, carrier bags and carton packaging. Every line supports key finishes including foil stamping, embossing, spot UV and die cutting.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product. Standard cartons and labels begin at 1,000 units. Premium gift boxes and carrier bags with complex finishes are typically 500–1,000 units. Our digital label line also supports very short runs.
What is the typical lead time from artwork approval to delivery?
For most products, the standard lead time is 15–20 working days after artwork approval. Complex gift boxes may require 25–30 working days. Samples are usually completed within 5–7 working days.
Can you match our brand colours precisely?
Yes. Our Koenig & Bauer Rapida 106 press supports Pantone spot colours as well as CMYK. We recommend sending a physical Pantone reference with your digital files.
Do you offer sustainable packaging options?
Yes. We are ISO 14001:2015 certified and offer water-based inks and adhesives, FSC-certified or recycled-content board, paper rope handles and CEC Ten-Ring certified products.
Do you supply samples before production?
Yes, and we recommend samples for every new specification. Our prototyping facility produces presentation-quality samples within 5–7 working days. Sample costs are credited against the first approved production order.
Can you handle the full project from design to delivery?
Yes. We provide structural design, material specification, finish planning, prototyping, production and export shipping.
